We cover the whole of Yorkshire and beyond, including Harrogate, Leeds, York, Ilkley, Skipton, Wetherby, Bradford and Wakefield. We're based in Ilkley and regularly work at venues across North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire. If you're unsure whether we cover your venue, please get in touch — we're happy to help.
Yes, absolutely. We handle every aspect of the logistics so you don't have to lift a finger. Our team will deliver all hired items to your venue, set everything up exactly as agreed, and return to collect it all once your event is over. You can relax and enjoy your special day knowing it's all taken care of.
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak wedding season dates (May–September) and popular venues. Many couples book 12–18 months in advance to secure their date. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries where availability allows — so please do reach out even if your event is soon.
We work with venues of all sizes and styles across Yorkshire. We're a recommended supplier at many of the region's finest wedding and event venues — including Rudding Park, the DoubleTree Harrogate Majestic, The Old Swan, Devonshire Hotels and The Milner York. If your venue isn't on our list, don't worry — we're experienced in working with new venues and will liaise directly with your coordinator.
